Long Beach Suites

Everything about the hotel would have been great had they not forgotten about our stay. We had called becuase after the first initial emails and forms we thought we were good to go. They didn’t receive my id and needed it to give me the code to the unit ( never emailed ahead to tell us about it)Once all was sorted we were told to check into our unit. We walked into a room that had not been cleaned In between guests. Beds had no sheets and the dirty ones left piled on the bed. Dirty towels in the corner of the bathroom and bed room. Dishes left to dry on the counter, and a full trash bin. And the tip envelop left for Sharron with her top inside ( and problems with the unit during thier own stay) For a 2 night stay it wasn’t feasible to switch us to a different room when we had less than 12 hrs left and had already spent one night of the 2. A cleaner should have been sent so we didn’t have to spend our evening cleaning a hotel room. We didn’t get any refund. Just given a thank you for showing the photos 😂Offered a new room a day later and still being asked to send over my ID so we can check into our room. 2 days after the stay ended, and they have my info already cause e had chec

Parking was safe and clearly marked. The kitchen set up was good

Comfortable, clean

Asked for maintenance a few times doors wouldn't lock when we were out told cleaning ladies they said they would call but never saw maintenance. The cleaners tried changing batteries but that didnt work disappointed it didnt get repaired promptly not safe having a door that doesn't lock.

Beach right down the street

Our stay was great place was very clean and comfortable a big plus for me was ocean view and the short distance to the beach i will definitely be back in the future!!

There was plenty of space for a family of four adults. Three minute walk to the shore, so nice!! big kitchen!! clean!! pretty coastal decor… Would’ve been nice to have two bathrooms, but we managed fine. my only complaint was the walls were thin, so if you’re a light sleeper it’s tough, depending on what’s going on in the other units. it’s in a great location!! we had a wonderful stay!!

Excellent location within walking distance of the beach. Tricky coffee pot and unless you like noise, close the bathroom door because the fan is permanently on.
