Long Beach Suites

What a great place! Great location, very comfortable beds, plenty of space. Just a few things... ceiling fans and air conditioner didn't work (60 degrees in October) we needed air. Also when we arrived, fyi, the coffee maker still had coffee in it and there were dirty towels on the washer. This is why I only give it 4 stars. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice facility. Kitchen well Supplied. Location was fine.

Did not receive our check in email or text which caused a problem when we arrived. Would prefer having staff on the property to answer questions.

Walking distance to water. Close to shopping in Rockport. Very clean. Quiet. Comfy beds

Our stay at Long Beach Suites was perfect. The apartment has everything you need. Perfect for a short or long getaway. I will definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect except for the air conditioning. We could not shut it off so we were a bit chilly and also we could not get anything on TV so other than those two things it was immaculate and we would stay again.

Absolutely fantastic. Only gets a 4 for cleanliness, as there were some flies in our unit upon arrival (presumably from prior guests leaving the slider open?). Cannot recommend this place enough. MA native, stayed for a wedding. The beach is quite literally up the street and we could see the ocean from our balcony. Our stay was also a birthday present to myself and I could not possibly be more happy with my choose. We will be back!!

Neighbors not respectful of noise level, no staff on site.

Did not realize when booked thru Expedia that it was "self check-in" . . . no humans involved or available at any time. Had to fill out a form and send ID photo, which turned into a 4 hour nightmare. Television had no channels, had to hook to your own Wifi somehow, which we didn't understand, so for first time since 1970's, we had no TV. Pretty sure all communication that did take place, although seemingly cordial, was to AI. Place itself was excellent otherwise, clean, comfortable, everything else worked perfectly. HOWEVER . . . !!!

What Breakfast? Never offered......, Good location to beach, good location to town, nice area. nice size unit... I appreciated the follow up of the staff.....

Parking good, needed another bath but the one was nice, TV situation what worked and what did not to hard to navigate, needs to be regular TV and something else that the guest does not have to figure out or pay for. The parking lot near the dumpster was a mess..., part off fence around property falling apart. The AC in the master bedroom of #6 is so loud at night it felt like there is a hurricane outside and wind blowing. One room should have king bed and the other two queens. One of the boys had to use the pull out to sleep which is not like the bed as far as comfort. But we still enjoyed our stay and the room overall was nice and big,,,,
