La ubicacion es excelente. A metros de la playa.

El personal de la recepcion muy poco amable, Sin empatia. No me reconocieron la reserva y me dieron una habitacion para 2 personas. Luego de la queja me dieron una para 4. El wifi es pesimo. Los utensillos de cocina deben pedirse en recepcion. Muy improvisado todo.

I stayed 4 different times on the several properties in the area that HBH owns. Other than the resort fee, I was never charged for parking before. James the person on duty at check in, was extremely unpleasant , and should not be working directly with customers. I witnessed him being rude at a different visit with customers as well. This will be my last time I would stay at any of the HBH group hotels. The room smells like chemicals. The air condition units is very loud.

La ubicacion

Que te remolcan el carro aunque hallas pagado el parqueo al hotel y se te halla olvidado poner el tiket no te contactan para saber si ese carro es de alguien del hotel por que no registran la informacion del carro en el sistema ni la matricula entonces no tienen como saber si es de alguien del hotel que pago el parqueo

The only things i didn't like was the stove being nailed shut,and there was no A-C.....those little air things wasn't keeping the room cool.The location was awesome, room service awesome.
