Casa Jardin

Great property very close to downtown with safe private parking. Super modern amenities, had everything I needed. Will definitely be coming back.

Location was great, we could walk to all the bars and restaurants, and then all the way down to the harbor, very clean, several unexpected amenities included like earplugs, easy checkin, great off street parking area Couldn’t get the thermostat; worst thing we could report was difficulty operating some of the electronics like the TV and the thermostat, but that’s likely user error on our part

I was in Santa Barbara for a training, and the Casa Jardin fit my needs perfectly. It was a comfortable space to sleep that appears to have been recently remodeled. I did not need a large room, and even for a smaller sized room, there was still sufficient space for a kitchenette and a sizable bathroom. I did not feel cramped. The wifi and air conditioning worked perfectly, and the hosts were always prompt with their replies. It is also easy walking distance from State St. I would definitely stay here again.

ZipRent is the property management company and everything is done remotely. Was able to have dog and they sent invoice to me for pet fee - room we had was clean and comfortable. Location is about half mile from State Street restaurants and shopping

Tiny but great location!

I spent 10days at Casa Jardin in Sept. This was my second time staying here while in Santa Barbara. I stayed in a smaller room which is perfectly fine for me. Its as described on there web. Check in/out was easy. The room is clean, bedding is comfortable. There are lots of little "extras" provided such as white noise machine, toiletries, coffee pods, paper towels, tar remover!, ear plugs, etc. I was on the bottom floor and there was someone in the unit above. I rarely heard them. I didn't need to rent a car. It's easy to walk to laundromat, Ralphs Food Market, Santa Barbara Trapeze (why I was there) and multiple restaurants are nearby.

Enjoyed staying at this mint condition, quiet and comfortable property. Everything seemed brand new in the unit, clean and functioning well. Parking on site was convenient. And location was close to State Street downtown and attractions, but in a quiet neighbourhood with little traffic. No on-site office, so check in and any issues are handled remotely by te t/email. Definitely recommend this place for an economical stay.
