Wasn’t bad super comfortable huge bed, loved the vanity, decor could’ve been better and leveled, the window was plastic it wasn’t a real bathroom window and the bowler tissue holder was real loose about to fall off and there was Mosquitoes that kept coming in because of the whole in the window screen and I think the drain but other than that it’s not the worst. It was a ok stay. It’s a little small the room was the biggest area I’ll give them a 6/10 it’s still comfortable they just needed to fix those things.

The place was overall pretty clean and the location was great for where we needed to go for an interview. The parking felt safe and was nicely lit. . The air conditioner was a little hard to figure out and was loud. I would have liked to have had the option to keep the fan on to drown out our neighbors next door talking loudly and their dog barking until 1:30am. Overall, I would recommend this place again though.

Me, my fiancé, and one of my friends stayed here for one night. I called the property two days in a row in advance to see about getting a pull out couch or at least some extra blankets (which they had praise GOD), and to see if we could get an earlier check in time. Both days no one got back to me. On the day of I called again and they said we wouldn’t be able to come in until the room was clean, only when we did check in there was hair between the couch and on the top of the fan, there were things broken and scuffed and the bathroom didn’t look clean enough to shower in.

Place was fairly decent. Quite area. May need some updating inside the units (plumbing fixtures). Water pressure was pretty low and no hot water. I asked some other guests and they said they didn’t have any issues with their unit. However, the bed was extremely comfortable. Better than most hotels. I would stay again.

City Place was a great stay for me and my sister for my birthday weekend. It was clean, comfy and quiet. This place was just enough for us. Although, I don’t think this would be an ideal stay for a family it is ideal for a couple or 2 adults and maybe a small child. Everything worked great. The only issue was the water pressure in the bathroom sink was extremely low and the couch in the living area is kinda small. I would definitely book again.
