The place was so comfortable and clean. It felt very homey and cozy and I loved that! So much more pleasant than staying at a hotel. Everything was very organized and the perfect space. Communicating was easy to do as well and very helpful!
First the good - this property has great outdoor spaces. The pool area is very nice with plenty of lounge chairs. We were there at the end of March and the pool was never crowded. There is also a rooftop deck with lots of seating areas, gas grills, fire places and hammocks. It's a great place to enjoy the evenings. The bad - our unit was not cleaned very well and there weren't enough towels when we checked in. I sent a text to the number provided, but that number wasn't correct, which wasn't a huge deal, but annoying. I got an automated message directing me to another number. Management did respond very quickly and sent towels and housekeeping the next day (we checked in late at night so it wasn't practical to have them come that day). Housekeeping still didn't do a good job, but they left plenty of towels. I was really bummed about the cleaning, but overall, this is a nice property and we'd give them one more try.
We enjoyed our stay! We arrived after dark and the check in process was very detailed - had to read things a few times to get it all straight with an unfamiliar building, but we succeeded. The amenities were great. The building was quiet, clean, and comfortable.
