The photos do not accurately represent the room. The room felt very sterile. Like a hospice. No personally like the images. The check-in process is so laboursome with incessant text messages and complex notes. If you're going to digitise a process, it needs to be more efficient than the old way. No reception, just self check in
Rental was beautiful and bed was very comfortable. If you've not stayed at a place that does the non- desk check in, it's a little different. We were able to figure it out and got into our room just fine. Parking is in a parking garage at $15 a day. My one main wish was that more than one key be provided when renting properties with more than one room. One key made things a little difficult at times. I also wish parking was included.

Not so clean, very hard to find key box, and the room is not sound proof at all, hearing the loud noise/ music/yelling from the loud club/restaurant across the street at late night.
It was easy and really clean
I didn't like anything about it!! It was like renting a sleazy motel room. The walls were dirty, the mattress was like a brick, you could hear everything people were doing in other spaces, they didn't clean it good, the face clothes & towels were dingy. We stayed there overnight this past Wednesday & the only good thing that came out that was a full refund. They don't even have onsight assistance, it's horrible. I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially if you're used to nice accommodations.
