Timber Ridge Lodge - Walking Distance from Downtown Gatlinburg

The location in Gatlinburg was the only good thing about this hotel.

The staff is rude and not organized on late check ins. The shower had a whole in the ceiling where the shower upstairs dripped a lot of water right over our shower head could not even shower Plaster falling down. People lingering outside all night on balconies. Smelled horrible inside air u it made loud banging noises all night. Really bright lights shining in windows at night. Key cards in lock boxes on doors with the room number as to open the box. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT STAYING HERE. I talked to them and they only said sorry, we will have maintenance look at it as if it wasn’t there for weeks or longer.

I did not stay at Timber Lodge due to the unacceptable condition of the room. Upon arrival, there was a strong unpleasant odor, and the blankets and pillows were visibly stained. The overall cleanliness was poor and did not meet basic sanitary standards, so I chose not to occupy the room. I requested a refund at the time, but I have not yet received it. I would appreciate prompt attention to this matter.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Timber Lodge. Upon entering the room, I was immediately met with a strong, unpleasant odor. The blankets and pillows were visibly stained, and the overall condition of the room was clearly unclean and unsanitary. Due to these unacceptable conditions, I did not stay in the room and left shortly after arrival. This was not a matter of preference but basic cleanliness and health standards that were not met. I requested a refund at the time, as I did not occupy the room, and was advised to follow up through Booking.com. However, I have yet to receive my refund, which is very frustrating. I expect this issue to be addressed promptly. This experience was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this property based on the condition of the room and lack of resolution.

Location was pretty great. Less than 10 min walk to food and the aquarium wasn't far, either.

We lost power! Neighboring room used their microwave and from that point on we couldn't use our tv or microwave and the staff couldn't figure out how to get it back on.

The staff was kind the room was clean and cozy and the cost was a great value

There was No One on the property when we got there. And no one there through the night or when we left. Like a Ghost Town.

Feeling like you had no one to help with anything if you needed something because no one was there.

It was located right downtown.

Outside needed more up keep.
