Great location on edge of fjord but still short walk to city centre and to restaurants and museums

There were some maintenance problems early but the owners were very cooperative and came to fix Everything very promptly

Vi laget mat selv. Litt mer utstyr på kjøkkenet ville vært fint, men det var OK. Leiligheten var varm da vi kom: bra!

Selve inngangsdøren var vanskelig å finne. Jeg fant inngangsdør nr 86 først (altså, vår adresse), før jeg fant butikken hvor nøkkelen skulle hentes, og jeg gikk ut fra at det var riktig inngangsdør. Det var det ikke. Stress!! Bedre innstruks om hvilken dør det gjelder ville være fint. (Hekldigvis fikk vi gode tips da vi ringte kontorets nummer.) NB: Trammen fra døren ned til fortauen/stien er farlig. Savner rekkverk.

Läget var jättebra nära till både Operan och Munchmuseet.

Dubbelsängen i det ena sovrummet var helt utsliten och högst 140 bred. Tråkig och oinspirerad inredning.

The location is simply superb. It was very easy to get there on foot from the train station, enjoying views of the fjord and opera along the way. The apartment is located in a modern building, spacious, and has everything you need, including a coffee machine, kettle, dishes, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a hair dryer, towels, and bed linen. The apartment is very clean and pleasant to stay in. It's on the ground floor, with a separate entrance. There's a small outdoor terrace. Keys must be picked up and dropped off at a small shop around the corner. However, the owner provided all the necessary instructions, so we had no problems. He was always available online and was very welcoming.

The location is exceptional. Walking distance from the main train station and cultural landmarks. Gorgeous surroundings. It seems some guests struggle to find the flat, using what3words, here’s the exact location: ///viewing.sailors.ports https://w3w.co/viewing.sailors.ports

It would be good to have instructions for using the appliances, there was a trick to the induction hob and the kettle is not straightforward. Perhaps a house manual with guidance could be produced.

Прекрасное расположение, до центра идти через воду по мосту, очень красивая дорога и совсем близко до основных достопримечательностей. Так же кругом много ресторанов, есть супермаркеты. Отдельная благодарность хозяину, был всегда на связи, помогал и подсказывал! Квартира очень уютная, есть все необходимое и прекрасная терраса где можно посидеть. Будем если еще раз в Осло, даже искать другие варианты не буду!

Единственное что хотелось бы заменить-это постельное белье, оно сильно изношено. Ну и имейте в виду, что паркинг городской (он прямо совсем рядом с квартирой, буквально 5 шагов), но очень дорогой, наверно около 60€. Может для Норвегии это стандартные цены, но мы были удивлены
