This was a very clean nice room and pool. Those expecting in person direct service or other needs

we stayed there for 3 full days without no tv service the manager sent a few people out to tryu to get the service going but it did'nt work. we were dissapointed.

This was the worst place to stay at, at first we asked for a 2 queens bad and they gave us a 1 king bed only, then the communication with the person in charged was the worst i sent him a messaged to asked wht thy gave us the room never answed me then the internet wasnt working and the TV didnt work because the internet was bad connection also their was no pool, never again would i stay customer service was the worst,

I booked a completely different property, and somehow when we arrived it was not this place! We got sent around the corner to a rundown condo with property grounds like its someones personal property they dont care about. Pool looked contaminated outside not kept up and inside condo needs renovation. Paint falling off the walls horrible wall patch jobs in multiple rooms. NEVER will i book here again! Also not to mention i am still waiting for the property and expedia to contact me back after requesting another place to stay explain this mess up and rectify!

Great little apartment, could use a couple of repairs and get rid of the little pool that was unused and it would be all 5 stars

Upon arrival my sister and I noted that the entire property was in urgent need of maintenance. We never received check-in instructions and called the number listed in the Expedia booking. The owner gave us access to our unit but as we opened the door, an overwhelming weed stench was pervasive throughout the apartment. So much so that we felt nauseous and developed headaches. The bedroom door showed signs of forced entry - cracked right down the middle and couldn't latch nor lock. There were several other safety concerns as well such as exposed electrical wiring, not to even mention the cleanliness issues. We told the owner we could not stay in this place with 4 kids. He agreed to give us a refund. I told him I'd confirm via text to have it in writing, and he agreed via text as well, telling me he'd process the refund. We scrambled to find alternative accommodations at a motel. Several days later and with no sign of this refund, I called Expedia to follow up. They informed me that the owner refused to refund me because I was outside my cancellation window. It took many texts, calls to Expedia and had already started escalating it to my creditcard and travel insurance, before Expedia was able to convince this character to make good on his promise.

Great location to walk to beach and shops. Place seemed clean enough. Cold AC. Extremely loud party around the pool and entire block until 6 AM.
