Towels and locations and room was clean. Very small area compared to what pictures says.

Customer service was not responsive. Sofa Bed was broken and with 8 family members and not having Sofa bed was very frustrating experience. We called and sent message to customer service but I was put on hold initially and then later on redirected to leave voice mail and no one returned call. Also sent message but no one responded to the same. I will ask for refund.

Condo was very nice and clean.

There is a light on the outside of the building and these light bulbs are right above the windows in the bedrooms. The shades were not enough to block out the light. Bedrooms were not dark at night. We had to rig towels and clothes to cover the windows.

The place was beautiful with modern furnishings and appliances however the floors were not mopped stains through the kitchen and living area and my finance which is 6ft tall notices a condominium on top of the refrigerator! We had our kids with us and it was disgusting. Also if the suite above you is also filled with guest you can hear every foot steps and noise. One last thing yea you are in walking distance to downtown and the water however the neighborhood isn’t the best trash everywhere, dirty the surrounding area was so dirty. I rated it a two only because it was a nice place it just wasn’t clean. Also there’s no way that’s a queen size bed it’s more like a full size bed. Not to mention I messaged the host several times and no one got back to me ! I will never do Airbnb again but my family convinced me to give it another chance but never again I’ll continue to stay at my 4 and 5 star hotels where I can get great customer service

Hot water was only 10 minutes in the shower. #3 Bed was comfy and beautiful place.

The owner was very rude. We were watching the basketball game and were apparently talking too loud and could be heard on the outside of the door and the owner came banging on the door like he was the police. He was very rude, yelling at us, threatening to call the police and evict us if our friends did not leave. Mind you, we were not over the people count limit, even including our children. There was no loud music playing or anything. It would've been alot better and more respected had he came and wanted to have a real conversation, but he came literally yelling and making threats. All before 11pm!! There was noise coming from multiple different units, all hours of the night and no one else was treated this way to our knowledge. Overall the unit itself was nice, there was a stain on the sheet in the master bedroom but other than that, everything was fine in the unit. The owner was the main issue.

Weekend trip with friends, had unit 6&5 that was connected by the private balcony. Weather was beautiful and after visiting a nearby winery for a tasting and lunch we walked around downtown!!! Did some axe throwing and bar hoping!!! Only complaint is shower water pressure.

It is beautifully renovated and gorgeous. Unfortunately, the entire place smells like cat urine. It's significantly unbearable. We asked the guests in one room over and they said theirs smelled the same. The sofa bed was also broken and unusable so don't count on that as sleeping 2 more occupents. I would recommend looking elsewhere unless you enjoy the smell of cat urine.

I really wanted to be able to give this stay a great review. It’s very clean, super cute, and the unit we stayed in had everything we could need, however, the ‘quiet’ hours were not followed by other guests and the walls are so thin we could hear every conversation so when they started with loud music at 1030 at night, it was impossible to get our son to bed. The water pressure in the shower was terrible and the temperature regulation was horrible. I think if they could fix the minor plumbing issues and we were the only guests out of the 8 units, it would be a much better stay. But we were not pleased with how they handled us calling in with concerns of the loud music and yelling.
