I liked the ability to prepare meals for my spouse in the hotel, which saved us money during our stay. I didn't like how the ventilation system was set up, where the smell of the food got into our clothes.

The space was clean. I liked the full kitchen, TV, and beds. We enjoyed sitting in the outdoor common area. The location was convenient to the highways, the university, and shopping.

I would have liked the staff to provide more toilet paper! The hallways could have been vacuumed as there was plenty of visible dirt.

Cleanliness, the pullout couch had food crumbs all in it, an unopened Fruit Roll-Up, and an ink pen.

The location, the price, comfortable room. It’s a mini apartment with all basic needs. Staff were very good!

Unfortunately there was no shower chair available. I’m in a wheelchair, requested a room with accessible walk in shower, was advised non available and they don’t provide shower chair.

The team was very nice. The layout is convenient.

A/C wasn't working in my 1st room. Had to switch to another room. The new room's TV wouldn't work, after getting with the front desk we were able to get it on. After leaving and returning to the room, the TV in both rooms did not work for more than 5 minutes before they kept freezing. At that time front desk was gone. Couldn't watch TV for my stay , just sitting around. At bedtime , there were no extra sheets for the sofa sleeper. Only an extra pillow. Not a comfortable stay especially for my 1st time.

Perfect location near the Auburn U campus. The staff was friendly, and there was free coffee (Keurig machine) while the office was open. The suite was spacious and well designed.

The free wifi was problematic at best (that means it never worked for me and I ended up using my phone as a hotspot). I was not impressed with how clean the place was when I got there.

We loved everything! Location, staff, facilities, room. Top notch management and staff, the location was close to anything we could possibly need. We felt extremely safe traveling with our littles because of the way the facility is situated. The room was magnificent!! So much space, felt like a home away from home.

If I had to choose something, the tv cut in and out quite often, but wasn’t that big of a deal for our family.
