The plus was the kitchen space & living room area . Upon arriving , there was hair in the bed . Crumbs all over the floor , and the tub was dirty . We went to get cleaning supplies from the dollar store to wipe everything down . They also don’t give you fresh towels . There’s never anyone at the front desk when you need assistance with something . They need to improve the cleanliness overall .

The room was dirty. Floor and countertops tops wete not clean. Bathtub was very dirty. Dishes were not put away. No extra garbage bags. No extra pillow cases. And no one at front desk other then when we checked in.

Pretty decor and good location. Had an elevator which I appreciated.

The apartment had a bad odor of someone's body odor and didn't not get better as we stayed. The floors were dirty and when I took a shower in the dirty tub, mud came off of my feet. All the counters, including the bedroom were dirty. Pretty room but really dirty. There was never any staff at the desk to tell about the condition of the room. Carpet was dirty on the stairs. Outlet in rhe bathroom didn't work and the kitchen one was sparky. Plus, the manager charge my credit card before I arrive when it was stated in the booking agreement that it would be done on my arrival.

I love the staff here plus the quiet hours and the fact that I have a full kitchen to cook rooms are amazing beds extra comfortable very respectful management, housekeepers and housemen you are treated beyond amazing 10/10

Room was not clean. Bed sheets had stain and hair on the mattress. No pillow sheets. This is unacceptable, will never stay at this hotel.

Breakfast was not offered

The care and concern the manager showed regarding an issue with our rooms. He was proactive in calling us in advance explaining the issue along with providing a solution, so we could check-in with ease.

We didn't have any issues with the facilitites.
