everything was perfect - used a lock box for check-in. Love the system and idea to let people in "after hours" and not bother staff. We experienced this same system in Europe 20+ years ago and it was fantastic there as well. No need for someone to be bored at the desk all night long when a phone number is readily available for needs that cannot wait. Very clean, loved the outdoor spaces, wonderful room with exactly what we needed and more. We thought the tiny soap chips are so smart rather than the thick, larger ones. Well thought out and great place to stay. Thanks for turning our thermostat up to a nice temp for us to arrive in cold weather and for the cute welcome message on the living room TV! I've never paid $92 (that INCLUDES tax!) to stay somewhere we really liked and preferred over all other hotels - you offer so much more than them! Thank you! Also, extra blankets/pillows in each room and hot chocolate in the lobby was wonderful - kids liked being included. Plenty of room for guys to watch football in one room and women to do their HGTV in the other. Great finishes and very well kept up - AWESOME all around!

Coffee in the lobby wasn't available until 9am when it opened, but a minor thing. The pot in our room offered a pre-measured set of options, but only one designed for our pot. We piled them all into our pot and it made great coffee, so maybe we learned something new and the single serve ones can be used just fine in a big pot - who knew!

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will be back our next stay.

I did not like having to request new towels everyday. It was stated that housekeeping is only once a week. I think the people staying should at least be able to get new towels daily.
