Castle At Ala Moana Hotel

Excellent location

Do not recommend. I was freezing the first day because ac would not stop running could not get a hold of anybody until a day before our flight then the toilet started leaking just a horrible experience I will not be booking again property owner is unreliable and did not communicate at all Completely dissatisfied & owner will not even issue a partial refund. Never again

Great selection for breakfast. There were fruits, there were juices, bagels, sausage, yogurt, juices. Also it was close to Waikiki, and the night life there is livid.

We had to pay $442.36 extra on top of what we already paid for the room of $2806.33 once we checked in because of check-in fee ($50!)and hotel service fee ($325!) and on top of other fees once we checked in because the unit was apparently a “privately owned unit”. Also we requested towel change but the fee was $35 for that service and they would not change the bedding even though we stayed there for 13 days which is a lot. There were wear and tear everywhe in the unit we stayed at..

タオルセットが少ない為6日間同じものを使用して いたので衛生的に良くなかった。 コーヒーがインスタントしか置いて無かったので 毎朝コーヒーが飲むことが出来なく何度もハワイに 来ているがこんな旅行は初めてでした（２度とこの 施設は使用したくない）

Stayed here for location convenience, room was old and in need of thorough cleaning and minor upgrades. No extra toilet paper, no Kleenex. Hotel amenities fees a rip off for those of us who won’t use the gym, pool and sauna.

The hotel was beautiful and close to downtown, shopping, and beach. Property was quiet too.

Not really anything.

I liked the convenience

This was our second time at this hotel and it didnt disappoint.we stayed in a room that was privately managed this time. A little misunderstanding with toiletries but it all worked out.
