It was great. Especially enjoyed that wonderful hot tub

Checked in and out in less than an hour. TV didn't work, door lock was broken and woldn't lock, bedside lamp would't work, bedside phone charger wouldn't work, luged in my own phone charger into an outlet and blew the power for the entire unit.

Hotel is brand new. There is a lot of construction around the property… must be building for the ski season. The room we had did not have a coffee maker/coffee or hair dryer. They didn’t seem like they were completely up and running yet with all the amenities.

Wonderful property! Fantastic views of the fall colors. The only downside is the road construction around the property right now. Otherwise, a beautiful place!

Check-in communication was delivered after I arrived. There is a lot of construction happening around the property so it was tricky getting the detour right the first time but other than that everything was excellent.

No check in instructions. No one was in the office when I arrived at 8 pm. No one answered telephone. I left message and no one called me back.

The property seems to be brand new. Easy check in. We stayed in the studio which was clean and seemed new. The room was quiet, had a great view, bed was very comfortable and just about everything one needed for cooking / eating was provided, with the exception there was no microwave. The coffee maker provided was overly complex and the wrong size filters were provided (we left some correct size filters for the next guest). Poor design of the shower / bath towel bars where the only way to access towels from shower was leave them on the floor, or completely exit shower to get towels from hook. TV does not have the normal networks, so we could not watch college football on Saturday evening, nor Sunday night NFL game on NBC. No instructions provided for TV stations provided. Poor communication with regards to road construction which closed the most direct route to the location - we had to stop and use Google maps to find an alternate route - we had no communications about this prior to our stay. If they add some small improvements, it would be an excellent place to stay.
