When booking was confirmed, it said the hotel would send us check in details with password 48 hours in advance. However, we never received anything, and they were not responsive on hotels.com message. In the end, I needed to call their 24-hour security hotline (as it was a weekend) for those details, which was really bad as they failed to do what they promised. Also, for check out, they sent an email to ask us our check out time, but after I replied, they never confirmed receipt of email. And after I have checked out (which was just by leaving key on the dining table), I still received their check out reminder later that afternoon, so it was really confusing. For the apartment itself, it was quite ok. Apartment was big and clean, with fully equipped kitchen. Location wise was also good, 10min walk to the city centre.

Ottima struttura, a pochi passi dal centro del paese. Appartamento piacevole e cucina ben attrezzata, ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Was all good. Some furniture may need some better installation eg cupboard is moving when you open the door, fridge does not close easily. Else everything was great, will recommend the apartment further

Our stay was perfectly fine but this is not a hotel in any way, it is more of a very no frills self managed flat. The positives are the space is larger and the ten minute walk to where the tours and restaurants are was completely manageable. Nothing else was especially good. It cost significantly extra to leave your luggage before 3pm check in, up to a max of 6 hours. The Reception said it was open 9am-4pm but was always closed, so you could not get extras of anything. They gave one roll of toilet roll for a four day stay. You get one pillow per person. There are extras in the room but no extra clean bed linen - very unhygienic, they were covered in hair. Similarly you get one towel, no extras. On check out you have to take out the rubbish to a communal bin outside. It is supposed to be sorted (by you) into five categories and into corresponding coloured bags, but they did not give us the necessary bags. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes from the prior occupant. They have fancy bottles of branded soap in the bathroom but these have been refilled with some other brand of generic dish soap - the same stuff as by the sink for washing up is in the shower. No coffee/tea provided. You can hear the people above walking around all night. The thermostat was locked to a sweltering 24C with the room even warmer per the thermometer decoration. It was -15 outside and we had to open the window for air. Next time we’d stay in a hotel in the centre.

The apartments were very clean. Great views of the fjords. Everything in town is within 15 minutes. Great location.

Nice flat with a nice view, with a few not very serious but yet annoying things: Be aware that there is nothing at all in terms of salt or pepper, coffee or tea. You need to buy everything, which adds to the cost. Maintenance not tip-top. A light bulb needed replacing in the bathroom, the drain of the sink in the bathroom was blocked, the floorboards in the flat are not properly fitted, so they move and suddenly leaves gaps. There is a careful description of how to sort rubbish but not the coloured plastic bags to use for two of the categories. There was a false fire alarm (this often happens in Norway) in the middle of the night. I apparently was the only one able to understand the instructions on the alarm box, which are only in Norwegian. I also knew how to reset the alarm and silent it, but the available master key you need to do this was broken! Otherwise a tremendous flat and one of the nicest places to stay in Tromsø (and I know most of them)

Lovely spacious apartment 10 min walk from centre of city. It had everything we needed. It was easy to access by reading the instructions. Nice big windows. Full kitchen. Washing machine. Nice and warm apartment to warm up after a long day in the cold.

Excellent place and extended our stay for a reason price

Our check in wasn’t easy. We were given keypad codes for the building and our room but what wasn’t explained was that you had to use the larger keypad to put your room code in so that you could get your door key. In the apartment, everything was provided but out of the 6 glass tumblers we had, 4 had chips on the edge of the glass which was dangerous. We reported it to Reception staff and they changed them straight away which was good! The cutlery drawer needed to be wiped of crumbs but other than that we were happy with our accommodation.
