Royal Oak Country Inn and Restaurant

We had a lovely stay at the Royal Oak. Hannah was extremely helpful and was quick to respond when i accidentally deleted the message with the keycode! The room was extremely comfortable and clean. We had a superb meal in the pub, and the staff were very friendly. The room was peaceful and quiet, and we enjoyed the views and a glorious sunset. Im an early riser, and i spend some time identifying the birds in the location. Even a chicken popped in to say hello! My partner is diabetic and though we had planned on having breakfast, 10.30am was a little too late so we had to get a breakfast in Ledbury around 9am. Now we've found this lovely place, im sure we'll stay here again when in the area. Just a shame it was just for one night, but we will be back! Thanks for everything!

Had a father and son in room next door swearing / screaming & shouting all night long made me feel very uncomfortable.

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment and it was lovely, very clean and lots of room for the four of us. We visited Wye Valley Butterfly Zoo which was our favourite trip. Would definitely return thank you.

Needed to stay in the area 4 nights for work, chose this hotel because it was attached to a pub so after a day's work wouldn't have to go into Ledbury to eat. The pub was not open and I didn't see any member of staff during the stay. I had a phone number which I used to ask for more milk and coffee in the room, came back to find a couple of sachets balanced on the windowsill. No one came int the room to clean, change towels, etc.

Stayed here for work, picked it specifically as it was attached to a pub/restaurant so didn't need to travel to get dinner. Pub was shut, didn't see any member of staff the whole time there.
