Excelentes espacios verdes . La atención de primera . La comida excelente y la atención fue lo mejor de todo . Hicieron la estancia un relax total

Muy buena el área de piscina y eventos el las habitaciones cómodas lo único es la limpieza que llego tarde

Pleasant stay and what impressed me the most is that I forgot my phone in one of the lounge areas for almost half a day and I thought I lost it. When I went back looking for it, it was exactly in the same spot. No one touched it. It was such a relief. Safe and secure. Love this place. Staff is super nice and welcoming. I thought I was in a 5 star resort in the Caribbean or Cancun.

Need to improve a little on maintenance, can’t be that careless in three month that I was there, is my third time. I will come back to the hotel soon and I expect to found it better.

Nos pareció agradable, si vale mencionar mejorar un poquito el menú del desayuno.

Recomiendo compren una bomba para extraer el agua que queda empozada luego de las lluvias en las áreas ubicadas alrededor de la piscina .

The rooms are not like the pictures , no sofa, no ice containers, no view at all, curtains are awful.
