La vista a la ciudad

El acceso está muy alejado y complicado, no hay televisor, el frío es excesivo y los domos no aislan el ruido, además a la llegada tenían perros grandes sueltos en las instalaciones, entre ellos un rotwailer q nos ponía nerviosos, y al salir el carro lleno de insectos, no fue lo q esperaba

Excelente ubicación, vista insuperable, habitación bonita, lugar silencioso y tranquilo. Sin servicio de alimentación, pero se puede pedir comida por un delivery.

Que había excremento de perro en algunas partes, si no limpia cada huésped los desechos de sus mascotas el hotel lo debe hacer. También una ventolera no tenía el seguro estaba roto, entraba mucho viento. Se nota el esfuerzo, pero dando atención a los detalles estaría perfecto.

La naturaleza en la que está envuelta el hotel, la atención de sus empleados y sobre todo el lugar. Hay varias alternativas de ingreso y salida, el glamping cuenta con todo lo básico, en la noche hace bastante frío.

Las instalaciones y el Buen sitio de donde se encuentra puedes observar todo un paisaje hermoso de la ciudad de cuenca

El personal no estuvo muy atento, no contestaban de inmediato a nuestros requerimientos

The staff was wonderful and the view is unbeatable. There were several small but meaningful things that we enjoyed. The hotel provided chifles (a snack) and two small chocolates on the bed. The coffee maker was a small unit which used a basket and loose coffee grounds to make coffee so we could make the coffee the way we like it. The WiFi was excellent, and the hot water was hot almost instantly. For Cuenca, the site was very quiet.

We stayed when the overnight low was about 40 degrees Fahrenheit. The was a small heater in the room, but it really didn't heat up the room very much. In short, the room was very chilly at night. There were plenty of blankets provided and once we were under them and they were warmed up, we were toasty while in the bed, but getting out of the bed reminded me of winter camping. I would recommend staying when the weather is a bit warmer.

Great concept and experience

We had a power outage for the whole night, which didn’t add to the experience…

This was a magical and wonderful place to stay! I’m sad we only stayed 1 night but beautiful and clean. Nelson the night manager took care of us!!! I rate this place 1000/1000
