"Ok, but there’s room for improvement."

Very nice looking location and very elegant

The bathroom gave off a very potent sewer smell - the cleaning staff tried to remedy, but with limited success.

Este un hotel construit cu mult bun gust, foarte curta și îngrijit. Zona spa este destul de ok, o piscina mai mare și apa puțin mai caldă ar fi fost excelente...

Meniul nu conține prea multe variante de ales și mai ales nu prea găsești mâncarea bucătăriei tradiționale românești.

"Beautiful hotel with great spa, but breakfast needs serious improvement"

Hotel NOBLESSE Boutique & Spa is truly a beautiful place. The design and atmosphere are elegant, and the room we stayed in was luxurious, stylish, and very comfortable. It really feels like a premium boutique experience. The spa facilities are excellent – clean, modern, and a perfect place to relax. Definitely one of the highlights of the stay. Overall, it’s a gorgeous hotel with a lot of potential, but breakfast and noise levels during events need to be addressed to offer a truly 5-star experience.

The breakfast was a big letdown. The selection was very limited and the quality just didn’t match the standard of the rest of the hotel. It felt more like a budget offering, which was disappointing given how upscale everything else was. Another point to be aware of: there's an event room nearby, and if there’s a party or event going on, it can be quite noisy – not ideal if you're trying to rest.

Chek-in extrem de facil și cooperare excelentă cu doamna de la receptie. Din data de 05.10.2025. Camera super ok. Curat și arată ca în promo. Comod . Ai toate facilitățile la un hotel de 4 stele .Relaxant. Am fost cazați doar o noapte . Recomand.

La chek-out 06.10.2025 am fost oarecum delicat somați să nu plecam până nu se verifică minibar-ul din cameră, deși i-am declarat d-nei de la recepție că nu am consumat nimic din ceea ce oferea. Ceea ce și s-a confirmat. Oriunde în țară și in afara României, nu mi s-a cerut așa ceva.. . Poate există situații de genul respectiv în care oaspetii au consumat fără să declare și hotelul a luat masurile respective. Însă nu am rezonat la situația aceasta..
