I loved the rooms. I loved the pool. The food was fantastic and you are greeted with a coconut on arrival. When ordering my dinner I asked for octopus but they stopped me and said the fish was caught today so it’s better to have that as it’s much more fresh. Which I feel at a larger resort they would be happy to let the guests get rid of the older food because that’s more cost effective for the resort. But here at mambo they care more about the guests having a good time over anything and that’s something you can’t put a price on. Needless to say the fish was excellent. Also it’s a 1min walk to the beach and the pool really makes a big difference. Also there’s a gym!!!

Really trying hard to think here. I really can’t think of anything. Maybe stronger water pressure in the showers but honestly I’m just trying to find something. I truly left mambo a much happier person and I’m forever grateful.

Lovely Hotel! The staff were so nice. Unfortunately I was sick during my stay, but everybody was so helpful and kind. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. Felt very comfortable staying there.

The room was well planed out. Very clean. Staff were incredibly friendly, nice and accommodating. The hotel was off the beach, just a short walk too, but the distance made the quiet that much better!! Sometimes the waves keep me awake

The vibe of the place beside the staff is so welcoming and easy to approach. Clean sheets, clean toilet, and a clean pool. My experience was dazzling.

Loved the stay, Mody/ Mohammad was super helpful and nice to us. Probably the warmest welcome so far in Zanzibar and also super super proactive and helpful and just so good to us. So big thank you to Mohammad. Also super clean rooms , very clean common areas. Good view from the top floor resturant. And short walk to a quiet beach. Value for money. Very comfortable.
