Exceptional staff -- Very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. We needed to switch rooms and they were very helpful. Rooms are comfortable and functional, clean and spacious. There is plenty of parking (free). This property is north of the airport and not in downtown Charleston (which is very congested and expensive to park). It's near the intersection of 2 highways and easy to get around. You can go for a nice walk, but can not get to a restaurant or attractions without a car from this location. The price was very reasonable for the size of the suite.

The front of the building faces the highway...rush hour begins around 5 am and that was noisy. We were allowed to change rooms to a quieter area. The laundry is on site, but was 'off line' when i tried to use it. The laundry was pay by credit card. Not really a big deal, but the front desk had already left for the day.

We liked the feeling of home we had while there. We didn't have to eat out the entire time. We also could reheat our leftovers when we did eat out. Also the open courtyard was great!

The elevator had weird sounds as it went down so we avoided it when we could.

The floor was dirty, mainly from tracking in fom outside deck. Deck looked like it's been filthy for a while. Did see a dead cockroach cloes to trash room. Concerning
