The bathroom was dirty, pee all over the base of the toilet, towels were hard and hair on them, brown stuff on the bathroom door frame, beds were uncomfortable, linens were questionable, plate in microwave had food all over it, counters were sticky, floor turned our feet black, smelled like weed when we opened the door to our room, cat hair or dog hair on the floor, our kid had a reaction turned his skin red and his face became puffy from being in the room. It was not clean, smelled awful, the upkeep was not done on a somewhat newer hotel. We had stayed here almost 2 years ago and it was great, this time was awful and we will not be back and would not recommend.

Location and staff were nice. Parking was also a plus. Area was quiet and clean.

Had issues with the settings for AC thermostat but front desk responded to help. Also would've been nice to have a drop off box for keys when customers have to leave before the front desk opens.

Very spacious inside and a nice area to sit outside.

Trash was not taken out from people who were in the room before me. My neighbors from all sides were also very noisy but I know that can’t be helped by the hotel.

Amazingly kind, helpful and knowledgeable team. Also, the facility was well-maintained.

Location/traffic.

Large space, fairly clean. Staff was extremely accommodating.

I cook a LOT so I could use a couple more pots and pans in there but I also just use five pots per meal haha

Convenience to Hospital and Wannamaker Dog Park. Mattress was very comfortable.

Dishes still in DW upon arrival. No steak knife. Only one dull butcher knife. Bed linens never changed after 7 days. Dog area super small. No parking lot lights on until well after dark. Sofa uncomfortable.

The cleanliness and layout

Didn't have the traditional lobby with readily accessible staff.
