Hotel Memoir Kazbegi

Very nice family owned hotel with tasty food and very friendly hosts

We had booked the suite which came with its own little kitchenette. The room was spacious for three of us and the balcony was spectacular! Seeing the trinity church and snow capped mountains was the icing on the cake. The bf spread is decent and they even made a vegetarian pizza for us in the morning since we had asked for some veg items in the buffet spread. Their terrace offers amazing views as well so don’t forget to stop by. The only drawback was its bathroom and which felt a little dated. Other than that, I highly recommend !

Good cost-benefit for those who want a comfortable and modern place to stay. Staff is really nice. The lady who was there when I arrived was really sweet and helpful. The room was comfy, though some details could be fixed like some stains on the curtain and one of the towels towel as well as some small cleaning details. None of these bothered me so still very good stay. Breakfast is very good, people staying on other places go there for breakfast as well. Portion of the food for lunch and dinner can be quite small. Just a quick recommendation for the hotel. They should turn off or dim the light on the roof (5th floor) so people can see the starts. This is a really cool spot but the light messes it up at night.

Spent a weekend at Memoir and it was truly one of the most memorable stays I’ve had. The room was bright, clean, and super comfortable not to talk about that view of the Kazbegi mountains🧘‍♀️Absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to that felt like a dream. I honestly didn’t want to leave. What really made the stay stand out was the staff. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home: warm, attentive, and full of great local tips that helped us make the most of our time in Kazbegi. You can really feel the heart in the hospitality. And the restaurant deserves a mention of its own - everything we ordered was on top. You can tell a lot of care goes into the menu. If anyone’s thinking of visiting Kazbegi, I can’t recommend Memoir enough!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Friendly staff, excellent views. diverse breakfast and nice prices Near to the center, also they can help u to find taxi easy , what I like most is top floor terrace, gaming room and view all around , I'm hundred percent sure I'll be back ♥️ recommend 10/9

Very nice hotel with the magnificent view of Kazbek mountain. The personnel is very friendly, and breakfast is of high variety and quality dishes. We stayed with friends in this hotel in early September 2024, and were happy there. We certainly recommend this hotel if you plan on visiting the area.

Good location, good ambience. Our 2 nights stay was good except a barking dog in the back of hotel who sometimes disturbed our sleep in the night.

The lobby area is quite hip and cost, reception very friendly and helpful. The rooms though are rather basic in all aspects: furniture, sanitary, safe, closets. Bed and pillows are too hard to be comfortable (but that’s maybe a matter of preference). We asked for and got another room as our first room was at the end of the hotel with next door construction work going on, appreciated. Still, though this is a new hotel, it’s already showing visible signs of deterioration, with closets that do no longer close, a safe that wasn’t working, lifts that were out of order, airco down (which seems to be a regular issue reading other reviews), visible humidity in ceiling corner, mold on the curtains (which we only noticed when leaving). Still, we had a pleasant time at the hotel, which has a good vibe in the common area. Positives are the stunning view from the room, the friendly bar tender, the good breakfast, free parking next to the hotel.

Excellent location. Remember to ask for rooms facing the Kazbegi mountain. If you don’t get those then rooms in the. 3 series. It’s got a lovely deck, lounge and terrace all with stunning views. The service is warm quick and flexible. They are out to please. The menu is good but limited and the scrambled eggs at breakfast are served cold. The rooms are small yet neat and modern. The hotel has a good family vibe. If I went back that’s where I would stay !
