Gudauri Ski Resort - Twins Apartments

Amazing property with comfortable facilities. The host was very attentive and also helped with planning sightseeing in Gudauri.

Everything was perfect! Clean and well equipped apartment, 3 minutes walking from the slope. Great view from the balcony.

We were asked to pay for the second time, the owner later apologized for the mistake. Make sure to ask for a receipt upon payment to avoid any issues.

The description claims that the apartment has a *separate* bedroom. This is false. I booked two apartments, one for myself and one for my parents. My parents do not live together for many years and I promised them that they would have separate rooms and beds, one in the living room, and one in the bedroom. When we arrived, we received two *studio* apartments with NO separate bedrooms. I contacted the managers, they could not offer us an apartment with two rooms as advertised, and only suggested we cancel the reservation. We were all very tired after >12h traveling, but spent over an hour for searching alternatives. Of course, no suitable options for 3 persons for 6 nights were found on the last day. Therefore, we had to stay in studios and I shared a room with my mom. This was veeeeery inconvenient, our sleeping patterns are different, we were constantly waking up each other. We were promised that the error on the website will be fixed, but while writing this review (21st Feb, evening) I still see "This apartment comes with 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom..." in the description. Dear Booking.com team, please take action!

The location is perfect. Everything is new.

We would like someone to clean apartment because we stayed 8 nights and we didn’t have any things for cleaning. You should fix windows because the cold was coming to the room.

It was quite new. Staff was helpful.

The whole building is in the state of “almost finished “. While the kitchen has a fridge, pans, pots, stove and a kettle - some general consumables like salt, pepper, sunflower oil would be great.
