Location, good size, easy check-in and check-out, great parking lot.

There is a persistent smell coming from the bathroom and throughout the whole building. I guess it's connected with the general pipes. One very important aspect that can be easily fixed to ensure comfort is storage space. There is no coat hangers inside the closet, no clothes rack. I literally had no way of hanging my suits, I had to improvise something, but it was truly a problem.
