To ensure clarity and smooth planning, please take note of the following details: Park & Concession Fees Park entry fees and concession fees are set and collected by the Tanzanian National Parks Authority (TANAPA). These charges are not included in your accommodations booking and must be settled separately. Transfers & Safari Services Pick-up and drop-off services are available at an additional cost and are arranged as part of a safari package (they are not offered as stand-alone transfers). Travel Distances & Transit Fees From Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) / Arusha, the road transfer to Serengeti is approximately 8 hours, depending on road conditions and weather. This route passes through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where transit and vehicle fees apply (charged separately by the authorities). From Seronera Airstrip (SEU), the transfer to Anantya Serengeti is approximately 1.5 hours by road, which is much more convenient for guests arriving by domestic flight.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
