Comfortable rooms at a great price

Very friendly staff, they tried to satisfy all of our requests. Breakfast good and also dinner. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable.

Checking out of the hotel even though there was a 5%surcharge as this had not been mentioned at all

It is a dilapidated building with broken showers, mosquito nets that do not cover the bed, there was only one member of staff and the place was not clean and no internet access. The breakfast was measly and finally the pictures on the website do not match the hotel.

A staff member named ZAK took care of us, but the prices were higher than in Japan. 25,000 shillings per person for an ordinary Tanzanian curry served at dinner at the hotel. When we went to a nearby restaurant for lunch, 10,000 shillings for a lunch of about 3,000 shillings per person. He has personally profited 50,000 shillings from us. If I were a hotel owner, I would fire him. ZAK is a staff member who is taking money from the Japanese and is not good for the hotel. I will not refer my other friends to this place.
