It was really nice. I particularly liked the French Toast. Was made slightly different from what I am used to.

They did not have De-caff coffee on tap. It had to be brewed specially and took time to arrive. Also can they have more channels to Watch on TV

The breakfast is standard but too expensive when compared to other hotels and cafeterias

I booked as a single guest and I invited a female guest to join me in my room where we could discuss quietly and work on our laptops without interruption. She was not staying over but had come strictly for business discussion but she was denied entry to the room and was asked to pay $50 to go into the room. I have used this hotel many times and I found it embarrassing that I would be confronted in front of my guest and told of all these conditions for entry without even prior notification. Its not all guests who go to the rooms to do funny things. This policy has to be balanced.

It has a nice view, a clean room, a good amenities, staffs are okay. Service in bar and restaurant are good, though it’s a bit slow, by midnight, staff are not much well attentive to guests. Over all, it was a wonderful stay.

A limited restriction to beach house. Though it’s just past 6 in the evening..

One of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The room we booked was not available on arrival, and the replacement room was worse and full of problems: no hot water, broken kettle, and a bathroom door that got stuck and made the toilet unusable. The next day we were left without any room for hours while traveling with our 6-month-old baby. Sitting in the lobby for hours with a baby, after already being given the wrong room, is simply unacceptable. We paid in full, but the service, organization, and handling of the problem were extremely poor. This hotel failed to provide what was booked and failed to handle the situation professionally. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone expecting reliable service or basic comfort.

The pool was under maintenance and that was not disclosed until after arrival. We would have chosen somewhere else had we known.

The hotel is not been updated in a long time. The rooms and furniture are old, the AC's broke down during my stay, and I had to be moved. There is a terrible smell from the pipes in the bathrooms. Honestly, this hotel does not meet the Marriott standards in my option
