Friendly staff. Great location, modern and cozy room with excellent shower pressure. The spa and sauna was a wonderful treat after big days of hiking!

Hotel muy original y limpio. Todo se encontraba en perfecto estado. El trato inmejorable. Rafael en especial es un profesional excepcional. Nos hizo sentir como en casa. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My stay at Naturae Lodge was absolutely incredible. Even though they were technically closed for the slow season, the team went above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing experience. Rafael was over-the-top kind and took care of everything during my stay. Rafael even got their neighbor to open his shop so I could rent a mountain e-bike in the off-season. The room was beautiful, spotless, and had an incredible view that made each morning feel peaceful and special. I also had massages with Thais and Emon, both of whom were amazing. They were truly some of the best I’ve ever had. I’m so glad I stumbled upon this place. Their warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail made my trip unforgettable. I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars.

If you’re tall, make sure you book a room that doesn’t have a shorter shower. I’m 178 cm and I was just a bit too tall to not hit my head in the shower. Still not a deterrent for me.
