The place looks nice, location is central, staff are friendly and it was mostly clean, although there were a number of dead flies under the curtain.

There were quite a lot of issues. Staff did their best to resolve these, but they really just kept piling up. Our two person room had one towel, one cup and one nightstand. There was very little toilet paper on the roll and no extra roll. No trash bag in the bin. The room (102) was extremely noisy at night with a bar next door, making sleep impossible until 00.30h even on a week day. The elevator, which sounds like it needs maintenance, got stuck between floors with us inside. The "restaurant" upstairs is more like a sports pub with really loud football commentary precluding any opportunity for conversation. The parking garage is really small, which means other cars have to be moved for yours to get out. Despite warning several staff three times in advance for the time we had to get to the airport, we were unable to remove our car at that time because the owner of the car blocking us in was nowhere to be found, making us almost miss our flight. And after all of that, they charged us significantly more than the price we booked for here in Booking.com. Needless to say, we will not return. Finally, the beds are really, really firm. This is of course a matter of preference, but those that prefer softer beds will not have a good night's sleep here.

The restaurant staff serve with utmost respect and they ooze professionalism, the lady who served me on 24/3/26 served me a fish so big we both laughed at my astonishment.Still showed up during breakfast to serve me avocado/passion juice which was cold and sweet. I give the restaurant team 10/10 for the great service they offer.

There's nothing to dislike, from the reception to everything else is just awesome 🥰

Stayed here four times. A quality hotel located well. Clean. Only down fall it does not have english TV channels.
