Notodden Sentrum Apartment NO 11

This place is in a great location. The apartment is large and very comfortable for four people. It is well-equipped.

The apartment is very worn and a bit neglected. The cleaners should have done a better job, as it was filthy. The kitchen had glued-on and greasy stains on the cabinet fronts. The floor was poorly vacuumed. The dishes in the cupboards were dirty, and practically everything had to be washed before use. The apartment was very hot and difficult to air out. The window in one of the bedrooms couldn't be left ajar; it had to be either closed or wide open. I'm just letting you know that the neighbors in the building opposite are very noisy, so if you care about silence in the evenings and at night, it's noisy until 1-2 a.m.

Lägenheten lågnära ett bostadshus där det var högljutt sent på kvällen. Rökande gäster stod under fönstret som behövdes vara öppna pga värmen. Bra parkeing nära. Rent och fräscht.

It's a bit run down the photos are better than reality. The surroundings are not very nice. It was difficult to find the apartment. It was in a rundown alley...

Comfortable, roomy and clean. Very functional and well equipped kitchen, roomy bathroom and comfortable beds. The living room was a nice surprise.

The moldy spot on the bathroom ceiling. Not much of a bother, but didn't match with the rest of the place, which was very clean and well maintained.
