The view was beautiful, it was quiet. The nature is lovely. We saw an otter and whales.

There was no one at reception on arrival or departure. Once a person was found, there was no explanation of anything in the hotel. The breakfast was extremely basic (definitely did not match website or elevator picture), the plates were dirty, the staff disinterested. The dinner food was mediocre. The room was nice given the view, but the water wouldn’t drain in the sink, there were spider webs everywhere, the shower and the bathroom wouldn’t dry. The room was a sauna, no way to cool it. It was 29 degrees Celsius in the room when we arrived. There was also no single sheet to cover the whole mattress, which is very unhygienic since the whole thing would come undone and winter duvets were on the bed in the middle of summer.

The bed was huge, a little too big for the size of the room but the room was clean. The room was cute, kind of the old village style atmosphere. The view of the lake was beautiful and the complimentary breakfasts were "delightful"! Ginger shots, caviar, and fresh fruit smoothies daily. It's about 40 miles from the city which is a challenge for taxi service but the staff was extremely friendly. I enjoyed my stay.

Stunning location and a restaurant outstanding. From the evening meal to breakfast.

Should have booked a room with a sea view. My fault.

The staff, especially Tom and Aurora, were very hospitable and helpful! The hotel is in a gorgeous location. The rooms were very nice, the restaurant was excellent, and it was clean and well maintained. It’s definitely worth paying a little bit more for it!

Flotte rom. Litt myk seng for min del men jeg sov godt 😊. Vi kom for tidlig til frokost men hva gjorde det. Personalet disket opp med en fantastisk frokost. Smilende og imøtekommende. Renhold helt supert. Vi kommer garantert tilbake. Takk for oss.

Great place with a fantastic atmosphere. The rooms with sea view is right close to the sea. Exclusivity in all details. This is not a place for party, but you will relax and change your mind and batteries😊
