Charming location: <10 min walk from Bergen train station, convenient even in rain. Warm welcome on arrival with a drink. Lift access to rooms, which are spread across two floors. Beautifully decorated in a quirky French-boudoir style—great if you like floral wallpapers and eclectic design. Spacious rooms with massive, very comfortable beds. Well-stocked minibar (though pricey). Daily housekeeping and fresh towels. Lovely a la carte breakfast, unlimited orders, attentive service. Amazing shower and quality toiletries. Free Wi-Fi and immersive ambiance. Good location near restaurants and city life. Ability to save significantly by booking through booking.com.

Awkward hotel entrance and corridors; steps and narrow passages. Staff occasionally in the way near open kitchen, tricky to navigate. Maze-like layout due to historic building. Bistro food and service were average and expensive; wine served in small measures. Room issues: poorly closing curtains, bedside drawer falling apart, limited water supply. AC/heating ineffective. Noise: music plays throughout the hotel, sometimes past 11 pm; front rooms affected by street and bar noise. Expensive original booking rate, check deals and close to time

Fantastisk hotell. Deilig maksimalisme eller kva ein skal kalle stilen. 100% gjennomført. Fantastisk team, service etc. Alt var 10/10

Veldig sjarmerende og unikt. Det var et spesielt opphold. Vi koste oss virkelig. Frokosten var a la carte og bestod av kvalitetsmat.

Fantastisk god frokost og veldig behagelig å velge fra en meny. Man følte seg sett og ivaretatt i restauranten

Tout était parfait, de l’accueil à l’installation au personnel au petit soin durant tout le séjour. Malgré un léger mal entendu à la fin du séjour le personnel était à l’écoute et très agréable. Un lieu avec du charme de l’élégance à refaire très vite
