La gentillesse du personnel La qualité des prestations dans les chambres L emplacement

Le petit déjeuner au café du coin n était pas bon service peu aimable et laisse une note désagréable alors ur le séjour à l hôtel était parfait

"Prachtige kamers in het centrum van Urbino!"

Zéér mooie en ruime kamers in het centrum van Urbino. Je moet op voorhand je nummerplaat doorgeven zodat je tot aan de kamers kan rijden en dan achteraf iets verder op een betalende parking parkeren. Alle faciliteiten zijn zéér goed. De tips voor restaurants waren goed meegenomen.

Er was redelijk wat lawaai van de bar in de buurt waar 2 kicker-tafels buiten staan. Het ontbijt is in een bar vlakbij maar we moesten er lang wachten tot ze uitendelijk met 2-3 croissants en een koffie kwamen... De bediening spreekt er amper engels en deed weinig moeite. Dan beter geen ontbijt voorstellen en de klanten zelf laten kiezen. Dan heb je ook niet de negatieve commentaren op iets waar jullie uiteindelijk niets aan kunnen doen.
