The staff were fabulous and very friendly and helpful, the hotel is well situated for exploring Puerto Ayora - it is spotlessly clean and neat, They helped with all taxi transfers and tours Breakfast was good - a little monotonous with the same options every day , however we enjoyed our breakfast chats with the staff.

The rooms are very basic with very little hanging space, no tea / coffee making facilities in the room and our room faced a busy street which was good to watch from the balcony but not so good to fall asleep. The WiFi wasn’t great at all ,
