Queen Hotel

Allowed us to check in early which was appreciated.

We had a nice and clean room on the 2nd floor. The entire 2nd floor of the hotel is renovated and really clean. The hotel on the 1st floor is still undergoing renovation, but there was no noise. The greenery around the hotel needs regular maintenance and the area around the hotel needs to be kept cleaner overall, because the mess and unkempt surroundings of the hotel really spoil the impression of the entire hotel. The hotel reception on the ground floor is nice and renovated, but check in / check out is moved from the ground floor to the 2nd floor and this also spoils the first impression when arriving at the hotel, when the guest is not greeted by anyone. We would have liked a kettle and at least two glasses for coffee (tea) in the room.

Hanno caricato equivoche sul sito sul quale il cliente legge che l’hotel ha un parcheggio gratuito. Non é così. Non hanno nessun parcheggio. Chi arriva con l’auto deve parcheggiare in mezzo alla strada in periferia con il rischio di ritrovarla danneggiata.

Det var en forfærdelig oplevelse, Har aldrig oplevet noget lignende. I skrive 7,0 i vurdering, det var helt til 0. Da vi kom lignede området noget der var forladt, og selve bygningen lignede er diskotek. Det var det så også. Værelserne var beskidte, fyldt med mærker og beskidte lagner. Kl.23 begyndte der så en fest nedenunder, som vi ikke var informeret om. Det var ikke muligt at få ro før kl.5 da de stoppede festen. Næste dag kommer vi hjem ca kl.21 hvor alt strøm er væk, så ingen lys opladning eller aircondition. De lovede at der kom strøm igen inden midnat, det sket ikke. Det ene værelse fik strøm igen ca kl.2.30 mens vores værelse stadig var uden strøm da vi forlod stedet. Samtidigt vrimlede det med myrer på det ene værelse. Det er fuldstændigt uaccepttabelt, at de helt banale ting ikke fungerer.

ESTAFAD0RES. No hay otra palabra que pueda describir estos anfitriones. Y si tienes la oportunidad no reserves por expedia tampoco, otros estafad0res, ocurre un problema con la estancia y no te ayudan en absolutamente nada, se lavan las manos. En cuanto al alojamiento, está ubicado a 1 minuto de Carroponte, que ellos dicen que te avisan pero ya te aviso yo. NO VAYAS. Para quien no lo sepa (como es normal), es un amplio recinto al aire libre donde se celebran conciertos, festivales y eventos locales. nos alojamos de miércoles a domingo, las noches del viernes y sábado no se pudo dormir absolutamente nada. El hotel está por supuesto sin insonorizar, había música hasta altas horas de la madrugada y posteriormente gente haciendo botell0n debajo de la ventana del hotel sin ningún tipo de control. No dormimos NADA. La ubicación pésima también, para llegar tuvimos que cruzar las vías del tren mediante un túnel subterráneo sin ningún tipo de iluminación, lo que es nada, de donde te podía salir un y0nki en cualquier momento. Al llegar al hotel, no había nadie en la entrada, parecía que estaba abandonado. Se ve que el hotel está en la segunda planta. Nos vieron desde las cámaras y no fueron capaces de salir a recibirnos. Después el recepcionista nos realizó una foto del dni (LO CUAL ES ILEGAL, PUEDEN ABRIRSE CUENTAS EN BANCOS Y SOLICITAR CRÉDITOS A TU NOMBRE). Le pedimos que lo borrara y lo hizo, pero la primera impresión horrible. La habitación en sí no estaba mal. Los desagües olían

Not appropriate for family at all. Please stay away

Non mi aspettavo di trovare questo Hotel su un palazzo vecchio al 2° piano, dove al piano terra vi è solo ina porta di accesso senza che nessuno ti riceva, nessuna indicazione e poi vedendo dietro l'angolo delle scale che portano al piano 1° dove c'è l'i dicazio e per il ristorante, ho immaginato che pre dendo l'ascensore si andava all'hotel. Ascensore sporco e cattivo odore, sbarcato al 2° piano sulla dx vi è una pseudo receptio con un ragazzo che ti chiede il documento e ti da la chiave. Un corridoio lu go e diritto a dx e sx vedi la stanza enteo e qui la situazio e nn oso neanche commentare. Ambiente sporco...... Non lo consiglio a nessuno, se potete trovate un altro Hotel!
