Servizio pessimo. Al momento di parcheggiare l'auto nel cortile ci hanno avvisato che il cancello non si apriva perché il check-in era stato posticipato dalle 15 alle 16. Ma è possibile essere avvisato solo quando comunico che non si apre il cancello???? Al mattino successivo alle ore 8 termosifone del bagno spento da remoto e acqua della doccia fredda

I was sure I booked a room with a table, kitchenette and fridge. It has none of these.

Clean, clearly recently updated AC worked, as did WiFi

Shower did not get hot. No staff present, had to check in digitally which took ages and even then not clear on many things. Have to pay for secure parking

Well, this is the kind of "faceless" facility, where you are not greeted by anyone.. Moreover, the only way to enter the facility is by using a link.. and there are no other options. period. You can talk to the operator, who is in another town.. but in case there is an issue with your web browser or with the link.. or with the internet reception.. you are stuck.. So, a company manages hundreds of apartment and would not spent a penny on making the arrival more humane and comfortable.. Also, there was no soap in the apartment (forget about shampoo or other things like this). So, I am not going back there.

Nice new unit fully equipped.

Location was terrible. Had to pay €10 to open gate to get car inside to unload and to park. There is NO parking anywhere close by.

Clean, modern, functional, location is good (easy walk to centre of town).

Room was tight, even for single person. Little character, very clinical. Would not stay for more than few days (my stay was only one night)

I like size of the room

My husband lost his phone, if he was alone can"t communicate with the host and entered in the room. The staircase was not cleaned and there was rubbish from the previous guest in the bin.
