Een prachtig hotel! Bovendien zeer comfortbale kamer en bedden. Daarnaast zeer goede service vanuit hotel aangeboden mbt vragen, ontbijt of dingen te doen in de omgeving. Heel veel dank uit naar de service van Norbert, Fabiana en Valerio.

Het hotel heeft geen eigen parkeerplek. Indien je geluk hebt met het vinden van een parkeerplaats, kan je voor een goede prijs parkeren in de omgeving. Wij hadden gelukkig weinig problemen met het vinden van een parkeerplek. Daarnaast wordt er rondom het hotel gebouwd. Dit kan voor geluidsoverlast zorgen in de ochtend. Dit geldt alleen voor kamers aan de achterkant van het hotel. Kamers gelegen aan de voorkant hebben geen last van het lawaai.

Everything was amazing! - All the people that work at the hotel and we interacted with were EXTREMELY nice and helpful. - The room was super clean. - The room was quiet, we had curtains which made the room dark in the middle of the day so you could sleep as much as you want. - The bed was excellent; big and comfortable. Also the pillows. - Great location; close to everything. - Parking right outside the hotel. - All the things in the room of high quality materials: slippers, towels, bed sheets, toilet paper etc - The air conditioner worked as a charm, and the room is not overheating during the night so even if it was hot we slept so good.

Nothing to complain about. When we will be back definitely we’ll be staying here again. 100% worth the money. Our stay was perfect

Beautiful design throughout. Very helpful and welcoming reception staff. Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff serving breakfast. Slept brilliantly. Lots of storage in the room. Location was good - not too far to historic parts but also good for shops and services nearby.

Roof top bar for early evening drink.

Small but neat and clean. Staff were very courteous and responsive.

A bit far from the old town center (15 min walk) which was a bit bothersome in the heat. Also lighting in the room is a bit dim.

One person overworked serving, cold food selection minimal, hot food came out sporadically and incomplete

Everything except the working staff. We were offered a rebate because of numerous problems but off site manager -Christian deceptive and never followed through. Other guests had similar problems, and I suggest for your credibility this site be removed immediately. Happy to discuss. +61418244368

Unfortunately there is construction next door. Not hotels fault but noise was annoying

Building in construction besides the hotel starts working at 6am… impossible to sleep. Way too expensive for the value you get

I don't understand how the hotel is defined as 5 stars. They send you to a parking lot 600 meters from the hotel without the clerk's desire to take the car. An air conditioning system that doesn't work. There is construction going on near the hotel from early in the morning. Very basic breakfast at a buffet A gift was sent by the hotel for the dissatisfaction.
