Great kitchen, great washer and dryer! The shower pressure was incredible! Love the included shower products too. It was nice that the bedroom was in the back which made it a bit cooler than the rest of the apartment. There’s a restaurant directly below but no sound came up at all. The staff were excellent with all my questions and concerns via WhatsApp. The bus stops right outside.

It was way too hot in there for me. The staff gave me a couple fans but I ended up just sleeping with the balcony door open. Also there were some scent diffusers that were very strong so if you have a perfume allergy I wouldn’t recommend.

The location was accessible.

It is not easily identifiable. No reception on site and this meant that none of the queries can be resolved during our stay. Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere across all my travel journeys. We booked two rooms. While one was reasonable, the other one had a disgusting and filthy sewage smell that meant that we could use the room the entire stay. We notified the management right away but they had no other available rooms and the cleaning staff didn’t come in until the afternoon next day. While we were away, the management mentioned the room had been cleaned and the issue is likely due to issues with the ventilation system. Despite the cleaning, the stench was still unbearable. After inspecting the room again I messaged the management again that we aren’t able to use the room. My family and I (6 adults) all stayed in one room and had to sleep on the couch and floors for both nights we stayed here. After repeated messaging, they offered a 15% discount for the room that was uninhabitable. The service was crap and they physically aren’t there so none of your concerns will ever get addressed or resolved. Never going back again. Save your money and sanity. Not worth it at all.

L'appartement est fonctionnel, bien situé à 10mn à pieds de la gare centrale d'OSLO dans un quartier animé avec plein de magasins et de restaurants. Très propre, avec tout le matériel nécessaire et quelques surprises que je laisse découvrir. L'accès se fait via son téléphone portable, il n'y certes pas de clé mais il faut un téléphone, chargé et avec une connexion à Internet (point qui peut être critique pour des étrangers qui ne veulent pas utiliser leur forfait à l'étranger et n'utiliser que le WiFi).

Deux points négatifs. Sur trois jours, un voisin ou je ne sais pas qui a mis une musique assez fort le premier matin vers 3h30 du matin. Idem le deux matins suivants, un peu moins fort et seulement vers 4h du matin. Bref mes nuits ont été très courtes. Je ne peux pas dire si c'est systématique ou je n'ai pas perdu mon temps à en chercher l'origine. Difficile d'obtenir une facture de l'établissement car ils attendent que Booking leur reverse l'argent correspondant à la réservation, et Booking semble parfois un peu trainer. Du coup, la facture peut mettre plusieurs jours voire plus à être disponible. Dommage que le client doivent pâtir des tribulations entre Booking et l'établissement.

Gute Lage, gut ausgestattetes, modernes Appartement.

Patiko susisiekimas iki vietos. Taip pat patiko saugumo jausmas, nes yra atskiras vartų įėjimas, Namo įėjimas ir buvo įėjimas. Yra liftas, bei transporto stotelės, metro stotis. Aplinkui yra parduotuvės, bei restoranai kavinės.

Problema buvo su apps'u - raktu. Google autentifikavimas turėjo globalių problemų ir niekai nebuvo galima prisijunkti prie paskyros ir atsirakinti buto. Pasisekė, kad susisiekėme su savininkais ir jie galėjo pagelbėti, bet kol ėjome link kambario Google susitvarkė ir viskas pavyko.
