The area has many halal restaurants nearby, which was very convenient for us. Alhamdulillah, it made finding food very easy. The location is excellent, very close to the bus stop and easily accessible. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, modern, and very comfortable. We truly enjoyed staying there.

Reibungslose Abwicklung via eigen-programmierte App. Türen lassen sich über die App öffnen. Apartment war sehr groß. Ausstattung hätte dafür etwas mehr sein können. An Geschirr hat beispielsweise einiges gefehlt. Dafür Top Wohnung.

Das Frühstück wird mit einer kleinen Bäckerei abgedeckt. Heißt man bucht "Frühstück" erhält dieses aber nicht im Haus, sondern geht zu einer nahegelegenen Bäckerei und löst dort den zur Verfügung gestellten Code ein, in Höhe von X€ / NOK. Dann kann man sich dort etwas heraussuchen. Nachteil: Die Bäckerei ist echt klein und öffnet erst 09.00 Uhr. Heißt wenn man gegen 10:00 kommt, kann es schon sein, dass man keinen Sitzplatz bekommt.

Sauberkeit war fantastisch! Man hat gemerkt, dass alles vorher genau geputzt wurde, da es auch sehr sauber roch.

Hellhörig, man hörte viel Gehupe und Automusik, besonders nachts.

On a positive note there is ample storage in bedroom wardrobe and multiple power points in apartment. There is ample crockery and cutlery provided . The clothes washing machine and dryer worked well and the apartment was clean The cooking facilities were good.

1. We stayed in Apartment 202 2. We travel extensively and this apartment was the worst we have ever booked. Unfortunately it destroyed our overall image of Oslo, Bob W apartments and also booking.com 3. Apartment size was approximately 25 sqm which was in the apartments details in booking.com as 42 sqm. Owner gave excuse that 42 sqm is the median size of all the apartments. Only one chair at table could be used as all others were blocked by the lounge and kitchen benches. Bulkheads were also taking up a large amount of the height in the apartment 4. The tiny bedroom had a bed that was the total length of the room so two doors from the living room were created so you can get from one side of the bed to the other 5. Fire hazard - front gate has to be unlocked on exit using the access app. If there was a building fire the building wifi may be disabled, the electrical circuits taken out by a fire etc You have to then rely on network coverage to use Access App. In a mass panic situation some residents may not have their phones? Or struggle to access the App on their phone if surrounded by fire. In all other buildings we have stayed there is a mechanical release switch on the inside of front gate that is easy to release and does not require electricity. 6. Access App is problematic when using.Owner said he hadn’t had anybody complain about before but many reviewers on these Oslo Bob W apartments complain about the app not working. The app page for opening the apartment door has to be reloaded and after several attempts does open the door. 7. Apartment has only one decent light in the toilet. There is only one dimmed light over kitchen table for entire living room so you have to open curtains to get light. The kitchen and bedroom doesn’t have a light. Only a strip light on bed head in bedroom. At night you have to go into the toilet to get enough light. 8. Only one chair at the table accessible and you have to pull it in so the kitchen draw can be opened 9.
