Not having hot water ,rooms were dark without proper lighting in corridor.no lift was working ..no added breakfast or no option except plain breakfasts. No tieup with local taxi or auto for transportation.

"Despite the unprofessional reception my stay was good"

Location was good , WiFi strong , breakfast good , rooms clean , quietness super , room comfortable bed good .

Front office customer care very unprofessional, especially the night shift staff , was not even able to give us information or direction to our room despite that the hotel has 5 floors .

"immer gut für ein paar Nächte"

weit ausserhalb daher sehr ruhig Zentrum schnell erreichbar mit Taxi/TucTuc sehr sauber, das Personal ist sehr bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen

das Frühstück dürfte abwechslungsreicher sein die Sanitärausstattung gehört erneuert
