The studio was exceptionally clean and well-equipped. My room was positioned right next to the railway track but the trains were barely audible (less than the air conditioning system) and the view of them passing was actually very nice. The self-check-in was seamless and well described in the instructions.

The building is still in the process of construction - so the first impression is marked by a certain degree of uncertainty. Moreover, some of the instructions concerning the self-check-in service are mildly excessive - pre-filling the forms prior to the arrival etc. I booked my stay due to cancelled flight, so I could fill them in 24 hours before the check-in, I actually didn't do it at all. Yet, it all went very well.
