Spacy and comfortable. Nice and clean. nice pool to swim.

Very spacious apartment for four people. Once you have made your way through the coded front door found your allocated room with a code. There is a door in your room to go outside where your car is parked, so easy access. Beds very comfortable.

Hard to find where you enter initially then the code would not work on the door. Rang them no answer so messaged them very quick to respond and they opened it remotely. No microwave and no hairdryer

The apartment was spacious, clean and with new furniture

The entry was so difficult. We were not given any information that made sense about getting into the apartment. We had to ring the company and they let us in remotely. Not just one code but two. One for the building and one for the apartment. Stressful when we have travel such a long way.

Lack of information and certain facility’s

The location and health centre were awesome

No clothe washing facilities and no toaster

Very comfortable

No toaster, no hairdryer , need fresh towels for longer stay

The accommodation was as expected. The problems arose about checking in. To access the property you are sent a keypad code for the main entrance and the unit. The codes did not work. The staff was able to remotely unlock the doors but could not rectify the problem. This meant we could not leave the apartment or we would be locked out. Not the best situation. The staff offered to let us back in remotely if we called back. Not a situation I was comfortable with.

The property was stunning. Very clean, modern and comfortable. We didn’t use the other facilities besides the room but the room was perfect, we couldn’t fault it in any way.

That there was no staff on site, it would have been nice to be welcomed. For some reason I didn’t get the text message for the door codes so had to call the number where a kind lady allowed me access remotely but this meant we couldn’t leave the room as we wouldn’t have been able to get back in to the property because we never received the code, luckily we only stayed a night. Also, it would be useful to have a microwave in the accommodation to heat food up.
