Vibrant Apartment on Bustling Street, Above a Restaurant - Perfect for Tourists,

Location is great.

After past 11 years I been in Stavanger for about 20 times. This accommodation was the worst one among all. Devil is in the details: no key to through the garbage was provided. We had to look for regular garbage bins which doesn't feet for it. I've asked for one capsule for washing machine as far as I had such in all previous accommodations, it wasn't provided. The shower is partly broken. My last message for garbage key was just ignored. In general if you have a choice stay away from this host.

Just 30 minutes before my scheduled check-in, I received a message stating that my booking had been cancelled by the host. No clear explanation was given—just a generic apology: "We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused." This left me stranded with no accommodation and very little time to make alternative arrangements. While I appreciate that a refund is being processed, the lack of communication and the timing of the cancellation were completely unacceptable. Travelers rely on confirmed bookings, especially when arriving in a new city. A last-minute cancellation like this shows a lack of professionalism and consideration for guests. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when booking here.

The property was really cool. It had everything we needed for a great stay.
