La ubicación

La chica que me atendió no explicó bien la estadía me dijo que tenía una reserva con desayuno incluido para las dos personas y cual estadía mi sorpresa que cuando terminó de desayunar en el restaurant me cobran 30 dólares de desayuno Eso es un abuso a los huéspedes debió ser más clara la persona que está atendiendo al público Así no se juega con los clientes

"La pero impresión la persona que te recibe al entrar un Daniel o David. Terrible experiencia."

El servicio del personal es deplorable, especialmente de una persona de la entrada de nombre Daniel o David, un tipo absolutamente grosero y despreciable. Fue capaz de cobrarme USD 10 por mi ropa y luego decirme que no llegará. Cuando vi la factura al final él había cobrado más porque me cobró de otro huésped, es una persona muy incompetente y despreciable. Para colmo me mando a una habitación sucia y con olor a húmedo, cuando pedí cambio se negaba tuve que esperar que cambien de turno para que otra persona me diera solución. Pedí hablar con su supervisor, se negó.
