"prices not in keeping with service levels, good location and has potential to improve."

Small family-run enterprise where they try their best. However, not on par with prices charged for rooms. Access to the hotel is tricky and you could find yourself locked out of the property in the middle of the day with no warning. Rooms are extremely small, bathrooms are recently renovated and nice however. Location is great next to the town's public thermal baths but the hotel itself did not live upto expectations.

"Nice hotel with good breakfast."

Great location and the facilities are very nice. The hotel is an old colonial house that looks very pretty. The hot springs are around the corner from the hotel.

The curtains where very thin and let the sun light go through so I had to sleep with a face mask on. Also the entrance gate is locked after 10 pm every day, then you have to call a number to be let inside the hotel and into your room.
