The hotel is very nice and clearly well-funded, but the staff is very poorly trained. Upon arrival, the revolving door was malfunctioning. Carrying both a large and a small suitcase, I was cramped inside and had to nudge the door with the tip of my foot because the wheels were catching on the floor. Once inside, I noticed the doorman and, quite frustrated, asked him, 'Are you just going to stand there and watch?' While I understand that anyone can take a break and don't expect him to stand like a statue, he continued to just stare at me even after seeing me half-trapped in the door with my bags. I went to the front desk, and instead of apologizing and being welcoming, the receptionist kept insisting that the door was broken and a sign had been put up, claiming it must have fallen right before I arrived. It was an embarrassing and completely unprofessional attitude. The third-floor hallway hasn't been vacuumed in ages. Personally, I will never stay at this hotel again. Also, beware of the parking—it is not free for hotel guests and costs €0.8 per hour, which is another highly unprofessional detail. Alternatively, you can park in the public parking lot across the street. in the room you have no napekins, only poor quality toilet paper

יש חניה בשפע תמורת תשלום נוסף. כשהתלוננו- ניסו לתקן וגם שלחו ״ פיצוי״ לחדר.

המלון די מוזנח, במסדרון ישנם הרבה ״ חלקים״ שבורים, הרבה מתקנים בחדר לא עבדו- נכון שתיקנו אחרי הרבה זמן למרות שהתלוננו ישר בהתחלה, כנראה שאין בדיקה שוטפת שהכול תקין בחדרים .
