the location, near the center and the park

the building is quite poorly maintained, the room was nice at first view but the bed was very uncomfortable, there was no hot water (only after 10 min running), AC was present but not working.

Strong smell of canalization was warmly welcomed me😩😫😖 lol this was the main reason to buy flight ticket back and do not stay there, cause was absolutely no chance to stay with this extremely stinky smell. Also photo in booking.com not the same with what I see in reality 😱😭😭😭 on the photo looks cute, small apartment in the center, but in reality it’s very stinky and damaged room with noisy sounds from the street and BAD SMELL. All stuff there was old and “tired”, so I was totally disappointed and upset and decided to left this place after half of hour staying there. Of course, the owner did not consider it necessary to return my money at least for the last night, but that is on his conscience. Can't recommend this place

We are very satisfied with the apartment - spacious, clean, with everything you need - equipped kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, internet. The location was perfect for us - in the top center, but at the same time the place is quiet and in close proximity to a wonderful park. Communication with the hosts is fast, timely. They are extremely kind and responsive! It was our pleasure and thank you for your hospitality!

The apartment is very well located at walking distance from the old town and all major places to visit in Bucharest. And also right next to the Cișmigiu park. The access is very easy, the staff provided very precise instructions on how to find the building and apartment. The mini kitchen is well equipped. Working coffee machine.

This is a spartan place, I understand when the old communist feeling is kept, but in this case is kept by not do to much of a renovation. The furniture is a mix of what I can find around. Is put together from bits and pieces. It has alot of potential, if a litlle investment would be done. It is not a cozy house.. The bathroom's door it needs fixing, the bathtub faucet would need repairing. I gave it an 8 for the way of communicating and the location...

Cosy and clean. Value for money.

Building is rather old and creepy. No shower curtain so water may splash out. It takes a while to have hot water.

Very good location within Bucharest, clean , nice bed , view of the park , good size bedroom.

It's an 'almost' on many things : Almost looks like the picture , the faucet in the nice bathroom stands on exposed pipes , it takes very long till you get warm water, there's a washing machine but no detergent or drying rack were available and a few more things that could have been better .

Bad mattress, too narrow blanket for 2, bad smell in the bathroom, there was washing machine, but detergent wasn't provided.

Excellent location in a historic apartment building. Good value for the money

Couldn't close properly the bathroom door.
